Job summary

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Management Analyst - Journeyman at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. This on-site position provides training-program analysis and management support to the USSTRATCOM NAOC Training Office, applying E-4B Battle Staff experience to training plans, reporting, and improvements.

The ideal candidate translates operational experience into actionable recommendations and coordinates certification/evaluation activities with Government personnel.

Qualifications

• Three+ years NAOC Battle Staff experience, with the last seven years, plus five years NMCS/USSTRATCOM work.
• Recent NAOC Battle Staff service on the E-4B platform.
• U.S. citizenship and Top-Secret clearance with NC2/ESI, SCI, and SAP access eligibility.
• On-site availability 7:00–15:30, Monday–Friday, with mission/exercise adjustments.
• Willingness to travel within CONUS and complete required security training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Annual Training Plan development and CBT coordination/scheduling.
• Analyze training feedback and propose changes to objectives and materials.
• Provide lessons-learned and deficiency data to Government training directorate.
• Assemble technical reports, monthly status, man-hours and funds, and quarterly inputs.
• Support individual and collective training functions and exercises.
• Assist certification/evaluation prep and NPES scenario coordination.
• Track training actions and coordinate with Team Lead and Government.
• Transport classified material during designated events after courier training.
