Job summary

CACI is seeking a Language Testing Program Coordinator Level 1 in Georgia to liaise with DoD/IC organizations on language testing and ensure proper administration of tests. The role handles test materials, data entry, and reports across the testing lifecycle in a compliant environment.

You will work with government subject matter experts, track scores, validate tests, and support SOP development while delivering responsive customer service for test delivery queries.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Two (2) years' experience drafting and following SOPs and checklists, and communicating with colleagues and customers in writing.
• Five (5) years' experience in professional/academic environments.
• Five (5) years' experience in customer service and data/information management as part of a team.
• In lieu of the Associates Degree, an additional two years of directly related work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Assist in validation of language proficiency tests per DLI/FLC and DMDC procedures.
• Track materials and scores across the testing lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Government SMEs and language analysts on test validation projects.
• Liaise with DoD/IC organizations on language testing issues and ensure proper administration of tests.
• Enter test scores into database with accuracy after quality control.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for job-related functions and responsive customer service.
