Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with modern Java frameworks (Spring, Guava) and related degree.
• Masters in a related field with 3+ years relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java-based software capabilities for computer-based systems.
• Design, develop, and implement complex software features for clients.
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure security, performance, and architectural alignment.
• Integrate AI agents (Claude Code / Gemini) into daily engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with peer reviews.
• Perform multi-file feature implementations and automated testing as needed.
