The role involves administering cloud and on‑premises systems, building and maintaining virtual and physical machines, and providing advanced technical support to internal and external customers. You will work with Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, OneDrive, and Intune, ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Level 1–4 education and experience paths listed (BS degrees with varying experience).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud and on-premises technologies including Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, AD, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Create, configure, and maintain virtual and physical machines in a multi-platform environment.
• Provide advanced technical support and respond to escalated service requests.
• Troubleshoot and remediate hardware, software, and system issues.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues through established processes.
