Job summary

Kratos Space Training & Cyber in Colorado Springs, CO seeks an Integration/Deployment Engineering Lead to drive modernization initiatives from planning through deployment. You will lead a high-performing team, coordinate with Engineering, Test, Cybersecurity, and Operations, and develop deployment strategies and documentation.

The role requires an active Security+ with CE and SECRET clearance, ability to travel up to four weeks annually, and on-site presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Space Systems field.
• Active Security+ with CE and a minimum SECRET clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• At least eight years in space operations/IT/systems administration or five years with relevant degree.
• Ability to travel up to four weeks per year and be on-site five days a week.
• Favorable adjudication of TS/SCI is required to remain in role.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, deployment, and transition of modernization initiatives under a new task order.
• Build and lead a high-performing team implementing new infrastructure and software capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Engineering, Test, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Program Management.
• Develop deployment strategies, plans, schedules, documentation, and procedures.
• Mentor personnel and foster collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Support customer site integration activities and travel as needed.
• Establish technical foundation and culture for the growing integration team.
• Support customer site activities and travel when required.
