Job summary

Kratos Space Training & Cyber in Colorado Springs is seeking an onsite Integration/Deployment Engineer to oversee technical implementation, integration, testing, deployment and operational transition of modernization initiatives.

You will work with Engineering, Development, Test, and Cybersecurity to ensure deployments succeed in operational environments, installing and validating hardware and software, plus developing runbooks and deployment guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Security+ CE with minimum SECRET clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Eight years of space operations/IT/Systems Administration experience or five years with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to four weeks per year and be present five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Execute integration, deployment, and transition activities.
• Install, configure, integrate, and validate new hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
• Perform system integration, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
• Develop deployment procedures, guides, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and risks.
• Support system verification, validation, and acceptance testing.
• Suggest improvements to deployment processes and standards.
• Support customer site installation and travel when required.
