Palantir is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead US government data-driven workflow deployments across agencies from its Norfolk, VA office. You will translate complex problems into actionable data strategies and work closely with engineers, product designers, and customer teams.

You will identify critical questions, build end-to-end data pipelines, and tailor bespoke workflows for diverse user groups. Travel 25-75% may be required; exceptional problem-solving and user-empaty are valued.

Qualifications

• Active US Security Clearance at or above the Secret level.
• Experience with data-driven deployment in complex environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel 25-75% depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Go onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
• Identify datasets and partner with engineers to build stable data pipelines.
• Develop bespoke workflows for new user groups.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product adoption and impact.
• Present findings and proposals to executives and analysts.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to incorporate field insights.
