Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 5 years of related experience. 5 years with VHDL programming language.
• 5 years experience with firmware development (specification, design, implementation, integration, debug).
• 5 years experience with schematic and programmable logic tools (Xilinx/Altera).
• Willingness to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Design, verification, simulation, and testing of FPGAs.
• Use modeling and simulation tools to speed firmware updates testing.
• Develop test plans and validate digital designs against requirements.
• Adhere to coding standards, revision control, and peer review processes.
• Conduct tests with high-speed instruments and analyze data.
• Provide support for Systems Integration and Test operations.
• Lead on-site testing of digital designs.
• Manage timing, power, and I/O constraints and perform STA.
