Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Financial System Administrator based at Shaw AFB, SC. The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with on-site work and responsibility for financial systems and Microsoft Office tools across DoD applications.

The position offers starting salary between $58,000 and $62,000 per year, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Candidates will support ABSS/DEAMS/DTS/IAPS and maintain SharePoint content and portals.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a High School Diploma.
• 1-3 years of IA-related experience.
• IA Technician Level I Security+ CE certification required.
• Experience with ABSS, DEAMS, DTS and IAPS.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations across locations.
• Apply patch updates and configuration changes for security.
• Serve as IAO and coordinate with various DoD and Air Force teams.
• Maintain SharePoint/Portal content and advise on IT procurement.
• Troubleshoot financial applications (ABSS, DEAMS, DTS, IAPS).
• Assist FSAs with upgrades and continuity procedures.
