Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Information Assurance (IA) technology or related fields.
• IA Technician (IAT) Level I Security+ CE certification required.
• Experience with financial applications ABSS, DEAMS, DTS, IAPS.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations across locations, ensuring governance compliance.
• Apply patch updates and configuration changes to maintain workstation security and functionality.
• Participate in annual training and serve as IAO for the Comptroller Units.
• Identify and report network issues to network help desk for resolution.
• Provide hardware and software acquisition recommendations based on IT needs.
