Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, predictive modeling, or applied statistics in technical settings.
• Hands-on use of AI/ML models and prompt engineering for GenAI or similar tools.
• B.S. degree in a data science or analytics field; security program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with program and project offices to gather, clean, and integrate technical and programmatic data from multiple sources.
• Work with the data management specialist to structure, maintain, and ensure data integrity for large datasets.
• Analyze data against predetermined metrics to assess sustainment performance and readiness gaps.
• Apply AI/ML models (CAPRA, GenAI) to support gap analyses and business cases.
• Develop prompts to optimize AI outputs for project needs.
• Build and validate predictive models to forecast sustainment outcomes and resources.
• Create clear data visualizations and concise summaries for engineers, logisticians, and program managers.
• Produce technical reports to support decision-making and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are actionable.
