Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Course Lead at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The role demands SECRET clearance and hands-on involvement in curriculum development, instructional support, and training analysis for operational and logistical needs supporting SBTC.

The candidate will craft, revise, and manage courses, use MS PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Navy Sked, and employ strong verbal and written communication to work with diverse trainees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years’ leadership and instructor experience in a formal training environment with no degree, or four (4) years’ leadership and instructor experience in a formal training environment with a degree or certificate in Education or Instructional Development.
• Four (4) years’ experience as a Navy Enlisted Qualification (NEC 805A) Instructor or sister service equivalent.
• Shall be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, instructional support, and training analysis for operational and logistical requirements to support SBTC.
• Developing, revising, and maintaining courses of instruction and related materials.
• Coordinate schedules between Operational, Communications and Maintenance related courses to support end of course Field Training Exercises (FTX).
