TekSynap is seeking a Circuit Engineer to support DISA JSP ETM in Arlington, VA. You will monitor circuits and networks, perform activations/upgrades, and maintain documentation and system diagrams. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years’ related experience.

CompTIA Security+ CE and CCNA (or CCNA Collaboration) are required; you will work in a day-shift, on-site environment with standard federal program expectations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related circuit engineering or telecom operations experience.
• Experience with DISA or similar DoD/IC programs is a plus.
• Ability to document and maintain system diagrams and inventories.

Mansioni

• Monitor the operational state and performance of circuits, network equipment, and systems.
• Perform circuit activation, upgrades, and deactivations for telecom service orders.
• Design and deliver secure voice, video, and data networks and update related tools (MADSS, circuit databases).
• Maintain documentation including locations, MAC addresses, serial numbers, and warranty info.
• Coordinate installation of government circuits with DoD and vendors.
• Provide site surveys for projects involving outside plant and Pentagon connectivity.
• Conduct tests and acceptance of trunks, links, circuits, and equipment.
