Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced AI platform administrator to manage the AI Workbench across private, on-premise, hybrid, or cloud environments. You will configure access controls, deploy AI agents, and ensure security and performance while coordinating with DevOps and data teams.

The role requires US citizenship with an active Secret clearance and a hybrid work setup in the Arlington, VA area, with 2-3 on-site days. Compensation ranges from $84,400 to $156,700 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
10+ years of enterprise platform administration, cloud operations, DevOps, DataOps, infrastructure operations, or AI/ML platform support.
3+ years of experience supporting AI, ML, GenAI, LLM, RAG, or automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the AI Workbench platform across private, on-premise, hybrid, or cloud environments.
Configure user access, role-based access control, tenant-level segregation, permissions, and platform security settings.
Support onboarding of users, teams, agents, workflows, APIs, data sources, and LLM connections.
Monitor platform health, availability, security, performance, usage, and operational metrics.
Manage and support AI agent lifecycle activities, including agent registration, configuration, deployment, versioning, and operational readiness.
Support RAG-based retrieval layers, vectorized knowledge bases, document ingestion pipelines, and data preprocessing workflows.
