Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced AI Platform Administrator to manage the AI Workbench across hybrid environments and cloud platforms. The role requires security clearance and US citizenship, with on-site work in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, and periodic remote collaboration.

You will configure access, lifecycle management for AI agents, and ensure governance while coordinating with DevOps, security teams, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
• Experience delivering AI platform administration and DevOps for enterprise environments.
• Strong collaboration with architects, engineers, product owners, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the AI Workbench platform across private, on-premise, hybrid, or cloud environments.
• Configure user access, RBAC, tenant segregation, permissions, and platform security settings.
• Support onboarding of users, teams, agents, workflows, APIs, data sources, and LLM connections.
• Monitor platform health, availability, security, performance, usage, and operational metrics.
• Manage AI agent lifecycle activities: registration, configuration, deployment, versioning, readiness.
• Support RAG-based retrieval layers, vector databases, embedding, and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with DevOps/DataOps to maintain CI/CD pipelines and environment config.
• Integrations with ServiceNow, SAP, SharePoint, APIs, MCP registries, data sources, and private LLM services.
• Maintain governance controls for prompts, agents, workflows, data access, naming, tagging, and auditing.
