Job summary

Avid Technology Professionals, LLC in Linthicum Heights, MD seeks a Business Process Engineer 2 to help shift the manual security evaluation and authorization process to a more automated, streamlined model across the project life cycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply RMF, drive continuous process improvements, decompose requirements into Epics and tasks in Jira, and collaborate with customers and developers to integrate new processes.

Qualifications

• In-depth RMF knowledge for risk-based security evaluation.
• Experience leading Scrum/Agile teams.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements and tasks.
• Ability to decompose requirements into Epics and team tasks.
• Define, implement, and maintain business processes to meet objectives.
• Analyze opportunities for business process improvements.
• Develop initiatives for continuous improvements in processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Work with customer and developers on integration of new and existing processes.
• Apply best practices to process analysis, re-engineering, and change management.
