Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Personnel Security Analyst in Aberdeen, MD to support government security operations. You will process security investigations, manage PSIP submissions, and deliver responsive customer service to applicants and requesters.

The role requires Secret eligibility, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office. You will participate in CE reviews and maintain security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience with Windows 10 and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer service experience essential.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance (Tier 3).

Responsibilities

• Validate and process incoming investigation requests through the PSIP.
• Process incoming mail and fingerprint cards.
• Review SF-85/SF-85P/SF-86 submissions for ISP standards.
• Communicate with applicants to ensure form standards are met.
• Provide CSC/help line services to applicants and requesters.
• Perform e-QIP Reviews for US Army Recruiting Command.
• Submit investigation requests to the ISP.
• Ensure all documents are attached to the investigation submission.
• Screen requests for derogatory information for CE program.
