Job summary

ARMADA LTD seeks a Personnel Security Specialist to support pre-screening background investigations on Tier 1–Tier 5 cases at our Chesapeake, VA site. You will review SF-85/86 forms, credit reports, and court dispositions, and prepare comprehensive adjudication reports with recommended actions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, written communication, and experience with eApp, CVS, and PIPS. On-site work with strict confidentiality and customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with federal personnel security and suitability adjudication.
• Experience reviewing SF-85, SF-85P, SF-86, OF-306 and related reports.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise adjudication reports and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-screening background investigations for Tier 1–Tier 5.
• Review and analyze SF-85, SF-85P, SF-86, OF-306, fingerprints, and related results.
• Identify and communicate issues in suitability determinations.
• Prepare adjudicative cases and final eligibility determinations.
• Develop PERSEC materials and briefing documents.
