Job summary

Disneyland Resort is seeking Security Cast Members to help keep Guests and Cast Members safe across the parks and hotels. You will use strong communication to resolve conflicts while delivering high-quality Guest Service.

You will be part of a 24/7 security team protecting onstage and backstage areas, ready to respond to incidents, manage access, and maintain a positive atmosphere for all guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CA driver license with no moving violations in 12 months.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Experience in security/public safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents including emergencies and policy violations.
• Deter undesired behaviors and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Perform bag checks and inspections at entry points.
• Assist Guests and Cast Members in various situations.
• Operate and monitor security equipment as required.
• Maintain situational awareness and communicate clearly with teams.
