Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required; must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable security experience; Class A Building Officer or HOA experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather and able to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service experience and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility through regular patrols of assigned areas.
• Verify credentials and manage access control at entry points.
• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems for security threats or breaches.
• Log entries of vehicles, drivers, and cargo as required.
• Observe for suspicious activity and report incidents to management promptly.
