Job summary

Numerator is seeking a Security Awareness Training Lead to design and deliver programs that educate and protect the organization. You will run phishing simulations, onboarders, and ongoing compliance training, while partnering with HR and Compliance to align with SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

The role emphasizes translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and measuring impact with LMS analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in security awareness, L&D, communications, or cyber training roles.
• Experience with awareness platforms (KnowBe4, Ninjio, Wizer, Hoxhunt).
• Understanding of phishing, social engineering, password hygiene, and data protection.
• Able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with LMS and training tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations.
• Deliver onboarding and periodic compliance training (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Partner with HR and Compliance to align training with regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain metrics and KPIs on training effectiveness and behavior change.
• Tailor training programs for engineers, business users, and leadership.
• Create or license engaging multimedia training content.
