Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Security Awareness Analyst to build and scale its security awareness program across a global workforce. You will educate employees, drive behavior change, and partner with Security, IT, HR, and Communications to translate risks into engaging, scalable education.

This hands-on role focuses on phishing simulations, content creation, and analytics to reduce human risk. You’ll deliver role-based training, develop dashboards for leadership, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, security awareness, training, e-learning or related disciplines.
• Direct experience supporting or operating a security awareness program.
• Experience in retail or ecommerce environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security awareness and phishing simulation platform: campaigns, content, targeting, scheduling, reporting.
• Translate threats into targeted awareness campaigns with Security Operations.
• Design phishing simulations informed by threat intelligence.
• Develop and deliver awareness content: e-learning, videos, infographics.
• Deliver enterprise-wide training and integrate into onboarding and ongoing education.
• Analyze program performance and user behavior to improve effectiveness.
• Drive behavior change by reducing phishing susceptibility and improving reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate clear, actionable messaging.
• Develop dashboards showing program impact for leadership.
• Continuously improve tooling, automation, and workflows.
• Stay updated on phishing techniques and social engineering.
