Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Security Authorization Lead to own the RMF/ATO lifecycle for the L-CAP program. You will coordinate government reviews, build authorization artifacts, and translate requirements into engineering backlog items across Agile teams.

Located in a hybrid setup with some travel; candidates must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust. You will help drive FedRAMP readiness and agency-specific authorization processes across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a federal information system through RMF to ATO or equivalent authorization.
• Experience developing and defending authorization packages (SSP, POA&Ms, SARs).
• Ability to translate security requirements into actionable engineering backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF/ATO authorization process for L-CAP workloads on government cloud infrastructure.
• Own and maintain the security authorization package and related artifacts.
• Coordinate with ISSOs, assessors, and Authorizing Official staff to support approvals.
