Job summary

Great Wolf Resorts is hiring a Security Attendant in Connecticut to protect guests, associates, and property. The role requires vigilance, incident documentation, and collaboration with hotel management to address security events.

Candidates should be able to operate CCTV and access control systems, lift up to 30 lbs, and work varying shifts including evenings and holidays. Connecticut CT Guard Card is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience managing CCTV arrays and monitoring security systems.
• Willingness to work flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety of the hotel and guests.
• Fill in security-related job assignments.
• Inspect hotel premises and document events.
• Assist management in incidents and produce detailed reports.
• Provide guest service and manage risk.
