Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Receiving Agent to ensure accurate delivery against orders, check product quality, and participate in inventory processes. The role requires attention to detail, data entry proficiency, and the ability to maintain organized stockrooms.

You will confirm shipment receipts, coordinate with vendors on discrepancies, and support audits while keeping the premises clean and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Move stock from receiving dock to stockroom on the day of arrival.
• Confirm shipment receipt and ensure counts match purchase orders; communicate discrepancies.
• Assist in inventory processes with pre-counts, zone maps, and tags.
• Prepare stockroom for audits and coordinate with accounting/an auditors.
• Maintain cleanliness of storerooms and workspaces; dispose of trash and break down boxes.
