Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Security Attendant to monitor CCTV, manage access control, and respond to incidents at the property. The role emphasizes guest safety, professional conduct, and collaboration with hotel management.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems preferred.
• Successful background check and drug screen are required.
• First responder training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel security and guest safety around premises.
• FIll in security assignments as needed and respond promptly to incidents.
• Conduct routine inspections of the hotel premises.
• Assist management and document any incidents in detail.
• Follow all health and safety rules and maintain a professional image.
• Provide courteous guest service during interactions with guests.
