Job summary

Great Wolf Resorts is seeking a Park Services Attendant to uphold the park's cleanliness and guest experience. You will assist in maintaining sanitary pools, locker rooms, and public spaces while engaging with guests and supporting safety standards.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and casual), opportunities for growth, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match. Training is provided through Great Wolf University and other programs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Previous experience with sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
• Previous experience with safe handling and utilization of chemicals according to instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe and professional workplace by following policies and training materials.
• Keeps waterpark clean and safe, including front and back of house areas and safety standards.
• Greets guests, answers questions and responds to requests.
• Performs daily chores to maintain cleanliness and neat appearance of decks and locker rooms.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and common areas; ensures floors are free of debris and spills.
