Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security Assurance is seeking an AWS Assurance Delivery Analyst to support and execute compliance engagements across our global audit portfolio, driving process improvements and scalable controls.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating field observations into repeatable mechanisms, and contributing to reporting and knowledge management to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in compliance program management, governance, audit, or related area.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in IT Security.
• Knowledge of AWS or cloud computing.
• Experience in process design and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support design, documentation, and implementation of scalable Security Assurance delivery processes.
• Identify patterns and gaps to inform standardization and improvements across engagements.
• Develop frameworks, runbooks, and procedures for consistent field execution.
• Participate in assurance engagements to maintain currency and prioritization signals.
• Translate observations into inputs for mechanism design and adoption tracking.
• Contribute to reporting, documentation, and knowledge management to boost operational visibility.
