Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking a Delivery Consultant - Security to design, implement, and manage secure AWS solutions for customers. You will lead migrations, provide expert guidance, and drive successful cloud adoption with emphasis on security best practices.

The role requires working with stakeholders, mentoring teams, and staying ahead of industry trends while maintaining TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. Join a global team delivering enterprise cloud outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, S3).
• Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 5+ years of IT implementation experience (preferred).
• Degree in advanced technology or AWS Professional certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR (preferred).
• Experience leading design, development and deployment of business software at scale (preferred).
• Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
