Job summary

Kowalski is seeking a part-time Security Team member in Minnesota to prevent loss and enhance customer safety while supporting daily store operations.

The role emphasizes alertness, hospitality, and teamwork within shopping hours (6 am–10 pm). Training will be provided to build confidence in security procedures and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Looking for individuals available between 18–28 hours/week.
• Must have an open and flexible availability for shifts.
• Must be able to work within Store Operating hours (6 am – 10 pm).
• Previous loss prevention, security, and deescalation experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor public areas for unusual activity and potential threats.
• Monitor security systems like alarms and closed‑circuit cameras.
• Identify potential thieves from customers or staff.
• Document theft and other violations.
• Support daily store operations and guest safety.
