Kowalski Companies is seeking a part-time Cashier at Oak Park Heights Market & Wine Shop in Oak Park Heights, MN 55082. The role includes accurate scanning and tendering of orders, plus delivering friendly service and building positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Open availability preferred; night shifts would be common (2-10pm).
• Weekend availability required.
• Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner.

• Able to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment but also be motivated to complete tasks during down times.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $13.25 - $21.50 Hourly

Our cashiers are responsible for accurately scanning and tendering customers’ orders while also encouraging a welcoming and helpful environment by building right relationships with coworkers and customers. Cashiers will go through our paid training program that offers the advantage of real-time, in-person training with expert trainers. They will receive technical education as well as hands-on experience from day one. Our training program offers Cashiers the basic knowledge and support that will allow them the confidence to begin their jobs at their home store.
