Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks a security specialist to support the industrial security office, ensuring clearance for employees and accurate ID/record handling. You will process access requests, maintain key records, and coordinate visit authorizations for restricted areas.

Role requires DoD/ICA compliance knowledge, and the ability to verify data, interview personnel, and liaise with agencies as needed. This is a full-time position based in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Interim Secret required to start).
• High School diploma or equivalent with specialized training or demonstrated ability.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II baseline certification required (list includes CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux security requirements.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Interim Secret required to start).
• High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II baseline certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
• Knowledgeable of Windows and Linux operating system security requirements.

Desired Skills

• Experience with National Security Information system related security requirements (e.g. JAFAN, DCID, JSIG, ICD 503, RMF, DIACAP or NISPOM) to include technical computer/network system auditing.
• Risk Management Framework experience.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge using Microsoft office products and Adobe PDF tools.
• Experience with DoD/DCSA data transfer procedures.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $51300.00 - $95300.00
