Job summary

CVS Health in Kansas City, MO seeks an Asset Protection Supervisor to support security programs at the distribution center. The role covers investigations, audits, and training, with a flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include CCTV, access control, guarding, incident reporting, and collaborating to uphold safety and regulatory compliance. Requires 2+ years in protection/retail operations and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or similar related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or similar related experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Industry certifications (LPC, LPQ, CPP, CFE, etc.) (preferred).
• Wicklander-Zulawski Interview & Interrogation certified (preferred).
• Experience with MS Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical security standards of the facility are maintained and adhered to.
• Supervise Distribution Center Quality Auditors and contracted security services.
• Perform investigations including theft, fraud, and safety violations.
• Conduct operational audits in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and related areas.
• Collaborate with DC Operations to ensure safety policies and documentation.
• Provide training and awareness to colleagues via multiple platforms.
• Support Asset Protection Field Operations as needed.
