Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking licensed armed security officers for the Olathe, Kansas area. The role includes patrolling the food distribution warehouse, checking checkpoints, monitoring CCTV, and maintaining gatehouse security on the Wed-Sat midnite-8am shift.

A prior security background and a valid driver's license are required; a 9mm firearm and level 3 holster are mandatory. compensation is at $22.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within Marksman

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Preferred - Class A Patrol Kansas City Security License.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from the premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Other duties to be determined by operations
