Job summary

Marksman Security in Kansas City, MO is hiring Licensed Security Officers for a data center role. The position covers two shifts, Sun through Thurs 3pm–11pm, with a base pay of $21.00 per hour. A part-time option is offered at $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying credentials, monitoring CCTV/alarms, patrolling, and supporting operations with other security tasks as needed. Benefits are provided and career advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid KC Security License.
• Valid MO Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Other duties to be determined by operations.

Working with data center systems, CCTV, VMS. Controlling ingress/egress and making rounds
