Job summary

Marksman Security, a nationally recognized security firm, is hiring licensed armed security officers for a Food Distribution Warehouse in Bedford Heights, OH. The role covers patrols, checkpoints, CCTV, gatehouse duties, and ensuring guest access is controlled.

Shifts are Fri–Mon 2pm-10pm with a requirement of one year armed security experience, OPOTA license, OH Driver's license, CPR-AED, and reliable transportation. Pay is $22 per hour plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Armed OPOTA license is required.
• CPR-AED certification is required.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• One year of armed security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hail and greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access and remove trespassers when needed.
• Verify credentials of individuals and vehicles entering/exiting.
• Other duties as assigned by operations.

Now Hiring Licensed OH Armed Security Officers

Bedford Heights, approximately 16 miles SE of Cleveland.

Food Distribution Warehouse – Patrols, Checkpoints, Temperature Checks, CCTV Cameras, Gatehouse.

Must have 9mm firearm and level 3 holster.

Current OPOTA Security License, Valid OH Driver's Licence, CPR-AED Card, Must have reliable transportation.

Shift Schedules

Fri thru Mon 2pm-10pm.

Must have one-year "prior" armed security background.

$22.00 p.hr.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid Armed OPOTA
• Valid OH Driver's License
• CPR-AED
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum of one year of armed security experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
