Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol Risk Assessment in Seattle, WA. The role offers flexible, reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to pick up extra shifts and increase earnings.

Pay rate is $33.00 per hour. The schedule includes DayTime Friday and Saturday shifts. This position requires an armed security background and relevant permits, with health and safety certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid armed guard card or license.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain required firearms qualifications, training, and documentation while performing assigned duties in accordance with applicable laws, client requirements, and Allied Universal policies.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol Risk Assessment in Seattle, WA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $33.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri08:30 AM - 05:30 PMSat08:30 AM - 01:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have at least one year of security‑related experience.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
