The Ladders is seeking a Security Architect Lead to drive security architecture and assessment work across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI applications. You will partner with professional services and stakeholders to identify risk, strengthen secure design, and improve remediation outcomes.

You will advance assessment methods and security tooling while serving as a trusted adviser to technical and executive audiences, translating complex findings into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Security Consulting for a lead role.
• Hands-on experience with security assessments, including architecture reviews and penetration testing.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and API Security Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

For our client, we are seeking a Security Architect Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead security architecture and assessment work across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI applications. The position partners closely with professional services and technical stakeholders to identify risk, strengthen secure design, and improve remediation outcomes. You will also help advance assessment methods and security tooling while serving as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive audiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,100 - $227,000 annually
