The ideal candidate understands how different parts of a financial services organization operate, engages early to understand business goals and constraints, and designs security architectures that manage risk without introducing unnecessary friction—enabling progress rather than slowing it down.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical understanding of how financial products, customer journeys, and corporate control functions operate in real‑world environments
  • Knowledge of how revenue models, operational workflows, and regulatory expectations influence technology decisions
  • Experience balancing risk, customer experience, regulatory intent, and delivery timelines in architectural decisions
