Job summary

Uplevyl Inc. is seeking a Security Consultant to safeguard our multi-tenant AI platform, ensuring privacy, compliance, and robust security across services.

You will design and implement security controls, influence architecture, and partner with DevOps and engineering to build secure CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in cybersecurity for cloud-based SaaS, familiar with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, and the ability to perform audits and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, focused on cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant security architecture and best practices.
• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and GDPR compliance.
• Familiarity with security monitoring, encryption, and access control tools.
• Proven ability to perform security audits and vulnerability assessments; strong incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures for a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability tests on the platform and infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring protection of data across multiple tenants.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering to implement security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with data residency laws, GDPR, SOC 2, and other relevant standards.
• Perform regular security audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident response efforts in case of security breaches or other incidents.
