Job summary

QuadSci, a New York-based AI startup, is seeking a hands-on IT security and operations lead to administer the internal stack, IAM, and Salesforce integrations, and to own CI/CD pipelines and release runs.

You will drive SOC 2 readiness, automate security workflows, and collaborate directly with the CTO in a small team, ensuring secure, scalable operations across the company.

Ideal candidates bring scripting skills, experience with SaaS administration, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing SOC 2 or similar security programs.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS administration and IAM.
• Strong scripting abilities to automate checks.
• Experience with credential and device onboarding/offboarding.
• Ability to work with CTO directly with minimal support.

Responsibilities

• Administer the internal stack and manage credentials, IAM, devices, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Own internal releases, environments, CI/CD pipelines, rollback and runbooks.
• Administer Salesforce and support dependent teams.
• Run SOC 2 end-to-end in Vanta, manage pentests, vulnerabilities, and access reviews.
• Automate recurring IT, security, and compliance work; document systems.
• Show hands-on experience across IT operations, app administration, release engineering, infra and security.
• Exhibit strong ownership, organization, and communication; work independently.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO with no dedicated security team.

Job description

QuadSci is a New York-based AI startup that helps B2B SaaS companies predict customer churn, identify expansion opportunities, and optimize revenue operations. Its platform analyzes billions of product telemetry signals, CRM data, and customer interactions to generate predictive insights that enable GTM, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams to take proactive action.

• Administer the internal stack (Vanta, Snyk, ngrok, OpenRouter, Exa) and manage credentials, secrets, IAM (SSO/MFA), employee devices and onboarding/offboarding.
• Own internal releases, environments, CI/CD pipelines, rollback and runbooks.
• Administer Salesforce (permissions, workflows, integrations) and support the teams that depend on it.
• Run SOC 2 end to end in Vanta, manage pentests, vulnerabilities (Snyk) and access reviews, and keep security policies and customer questionnaire answers up to date.
• Automate recurring IT, security and compliance work, and document systems and procedures.
• Combined experience in IT operations, application administration, release engineering, infrastructure and security.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS administration, IAM, employee devices and onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience with CI/CD, environment configuration, versioning and rollback.
• Solid security basics: access control, vulnerability management and device security.
• Hands-on experience running a SOC 2 program, with continuous control monitoring and evidence automation in Vanta, Drata or similar.
• Comfortable administering business applications like Salesforce, including integrations and configuration changes.
• Real scripting skills: able to replace a manual control check with a scheduled job.
• Strong ownership, organization and communication; able to work independently.
• Comfortable being the only person in this function, working directly with the CTO and with no security team behind them.
