What You’ll Actually Do

• Be the go‑to contact for residents, visitors, donors, and staff
• Keep the building secure while making people feel welcome
• Control access points and ensure only authorized individuals enter
• Monitor activity across the facility and respond to concerns
• Use cameras and alerts to stay one step ahead of issues
• Step in to de‑escalate high‑stress situations calmly and respectfully
• Handle front‑desk duties like calls, logs, and documentation
• Support donation intake and day‑to‑day shelter operations

The Basics

• Full‑time | 40 hours/week
• Monday – Friday 2nd Shift
