Job summary

Google is seeking a role within gTech Risk Solutions Engineering to strengthen observability, automation, and preventative security controls across Google’s Access ecosystem.

You will design and monitor automated flows, ensure secure operation of agentic workflows, and translate findings into engineering requirements that reduce risk and improve overall security posture for gTech businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in security operations, SOC, incident response, or equivalent.
• Experience with log analysis, SQL querying, or monitoring security controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manual, agentic, and automated flows; escalate as needed.
• Run day-to-day access operations and triage access alerts.
• Audit permission mappings and verify automated provisioning tools.
• Act as triage lead for the gTech ecosystem and coordinate with D&R teams.
