Job summary

CHAMP is seeking a Security Analyst to join the Security team in Cleveland. You will support SIEM operations, monitoring, incident response coordination, and security program maturity across multiple domains.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, ownership of improvements, and collaboration with internal teams to mature CHAMP's security posture while enabling threat detection and response effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Level I: 1–3 years in cybersecurity, SOC, IT ops, or related.
• Level II: 3–5 years in cybersecurity, SOC, incident response, threat detection, or related.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of the enterprise SIEM platform.
• Maintain onboarding, validation, and maintenance of security log sources across cloud, application, infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and network.
• Monitor health, availability, and effectiveness of security logging pipelines and ingestion processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring views for security operations and leadership.
