CEFCU is seeking a Security Analyst to evaluate security events from network and monitoring systems, identify vulnerabilities, and investigate security issues to protect CEFCU data and systems. The role emphasizes delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and caring member experience.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in security operations or related field, with a bachelor’s in IT or equivalent experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or five years commensurate work experience in information security or network engineering.
• 2-4 years’ experience as a Security Operations Analyst or equivalent.
• Security certifications (CEH or CISSP) or two+ years of Network Engineer experience.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, risk management, and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate security events identified by CEFCU’s network and monitoring systems.
• Identify system vulnerabilities and investigate member and employee-reported issues.
• Protect CEFCU data and systems from unauthorized access.
• Provide the highest quality member experience for internal and external members.
