Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3+ years of information security or related IT experience.
• 2+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and other security frameworks.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON/XML data formats.
• Proficient in identity federation protocols including OIDC and SAML.
• Experience configuring SSO solutions; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Scripting and version control (Git) proficiency; containerization and CI/CD exposure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks for security issues and investigate breaches or violations.
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop security standards and best practices.
• Research latest IT security trends and emerging threats.
• Prepare reports documenting security issues and mitigations.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement security measures.
• Develop automated alert triage systems and conduct incident response.
