Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Security Analyst II to join the Attack Surface Management team in Miami. You will identify and reduce vulnerabilities, hunt threats, and validate defenses through red/purple team exercises, collaborating with LTG, SOC/IR, and GRC to deliver measurable risk reduction.

Responsibilities span vulnerability management, threat hunting, and red teaming, with opportunities to lead in one or more areas based on team needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting, Penetration Testing, or Red Teaming.
• Familiarity with security tools: Rapid7, CrowdStrike, SIEM platforms, and red team/offensive frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability Management: identify, validate, and prioritize vulnerabilities; track remediation with owners and enforce SLAs.
• Threat Hunting: conduct hypothesis-driven hunts using telemetry and threat intel; develop detection logic with SOC/IR.
• Red Teaming & Purple Teaming: plan and execute adversary emulation; lead purple team exercises; document findings.
