Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Security Analyst II to join the Attack Surface Management team in Miami. You will identify, prioritize, and reduce vulnerabilities, hunt threats, and validate defenses through red/purple team exercises, collaborating with LTG, SOC/IR, GRC, and business units.

Responsibilities span vulnerability management, threat hunting, and red team activities, with a focus on measurable risk reduction and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting, Penetration Testing, or Red Teaming.
• Familiarity with Rapid7, CrowdStrike, SIEM platforms, and red team/offensive frameworks.
• Knowledge of CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat intelligence feeds (e.g., CISA KEV, OTX).
• Preferred certifications: OSCP, CRTO, GPEN, CISSP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability Management: run internal/external scans, validate findings, prioritize by risk, track remediation, create dashboards and reports.
• Threat Hunting: perform hypothesis-driven hunts using CrowdStrike, SIEM data, AD logs, and threat intelligence.
• Red Teaming & Purple Teaming: plan and execute adversary emulation; lead exercises with SOC/IR; perform controlled pentesting.
• Document findings, track remediation with IT, and validate closure; translate results to executives.
