Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Security Analyst II to support security initiatives and coordinate issues related to security implementation. This role involves analyzing security event information, monitoring security events, and participating in incident coverage. The Security Analyst II functions as the primary support contact for security issues. They work under appropriate direction to build, install, and support applications. They coordinate all issues that arise during the project for their area. Primary responsibilities include analyzing security event information. Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position.

Experience: 2-3 years in IT security; Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Licensure: Expected to pass CISSP or equivalent within 2 years.
Skills: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, problem solve, and develop solutions. Strong organizational, problem-solving, listening skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Epic preferred.
Physical Demand: Travel to multiple facilities required.
