What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for all security products and services
- Respond to SOC alerts and participate in the on-call pool
- Support security operations across RMM, PSA, and cloud environments
- Install and configure cybersecurity tools and solutions
- Manage the security support board and assist with audits and remediation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or 4 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years working with security technologies (EDR/MDR, DNS Protection, Phishing tools)
- At least 2 years of experience with ConnectWise Manage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Kaseya VSA
- Strong understanding of security principles and excellent communication skills
